Becka Lesieutre joined Wall Street Communications earlier this year as a marketing assistant. She answered a few questions to help us — and you — get to know her better.
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in the past year?
Do the thing! If there’s something you’re dreaming of doing, thinking/planning/talking will only get you so far before you have to take the leap! You never know where you’ll end up, but you’ll find that the important people will support you no matter what.
How do you recharge?
A trip to the beach. Whenever I’m feeling particularly grumpy, I’ll head to the coast to put my feet in the sea and chill out. It does the trick every time!
What’s your favorite part of working at Wall Street Communications?
Getting to learn something new and trying something different every day! There are a lot of elements to the job, so there’s always an opportunity to pick up new skills. The people in the company are also brilliant. They come to PR from such a wide range of backgrounds. Everyone has a different experience or perspective to bring to the table. It’s awesome.
