SALT LAKE CITY — Oct. 25, 2016 — With the assistance and support of Wall Street Communications, eight leading media technology suppliers are making their mark at the SMPTE 2016 Annual Technical Conference & Exhibition (SMPTE 2016), which began this week in Hollywood, California. Macnica, Cobalt Digital, Video Clarity, Artel, Riedel Communications, IHSE USA, Quantum, and Utah Scientific — all clients of the agency — have booths at the exhibition, and Utah Scientific CTO Scott Barella is a presenter for the session “Practical Transition Strategies of SDI Facilities Utilizing Newer IP Baseband A/V Signals.”

“Our clients are thought leaders within the media and entertainment industry, and we’re proud to support them in bringing their expertise, insight, and technical innovation to SMPTE’s flagship event,” said Chris Lesieutre, president at Wall Street Communications.

SMPTE, the Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers, is the organization whose standards work has supported a century of technological advances in entertainment technology. The organization’s annual technical conference and exhibition is known as the world’s premier forum for the exploration of media and entertainment technology.

Working with its clients prior to the show, Wall Street Communications developed and distributed press materials regarding technology being exhibited at SMPTE 2016, facilitated the submission of paper abstracts, and coordinated completion and submission of presentations accepted for the technical conference.
