Christopher Lesieutre - Principal and President
Chris started Wall Street Communications in 1996 to provide equipment manufacturers in the electronic media space with an alternative to large generalist PR agencies. Specialized and focused on broadcast and electronic media, the company began with two Salt Lake City-based clients - Starnet Development Inc. (SDI), who provided digital ad insertion solutions to the cable industry, and Utah Scientific, one of the pioneers in routing and master control technology for the broadcast industry. Soon afterwards, the company signed its first "remote" client, MountainGate, and was instrumental in helping them launch the first Fibre Channel network solutions designed specifically for the media industry. |

Before joining Wall Street Communications, Chris was director of marketing communications for Dynatech Video Group and responsible for the company's worldwide communications across all product lines, which included systems for content creation (CGs, color correctors, video switchers, etc.) through to distribution and transmission (routing switchers, format converters, video servers, master control, etc.).
Chris' experience includes work in Europe, where he spent four years as an independent marketing communications consultant in the U.K. working for broadcast equipment, videoconferencing, and semiconductor manufacturers. Clients included Alpha Image, Dynatech Video Group, and TEMIC semiconductors. Previously, he did PR for Siliconix and was vice president of Virginia School of the Arts.

Caryn Cohen - Principal and Senior Vice President
Caryn brought a unique perspective to a PR agency when she joined Wall Street Communications in 1996 as a principal owner and senior vice president, overseeing business development and advertising services.

Having served as the director of manufacturer advertising for several entertainment trade publications beginning in 1991, Caryn took advantage of her experience with publications to provide clients with successful ad campaigns at significant savings. Her experience in the industry has also resulted in numerous opportunities for clients to develop OEM relationships, press relationships, and improve trade association relations. Having worked alongside editors in her previous roles, Caryn was able to bring better insight into how journalists work and how they prefer to receive information.
While at Post Magazine, Caryn oversaw all manufacturer-advertising accounts, with additional responsibilities that included assisting with editorial calendar development and promotional campaigns for the magazine. She was instrumental in launching the first-ever Reader's Choice product awards.
Caryn has also worked in advertising sales on The Hollywood Reporter and Harper's Bazaar. Caryn graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. (communications) Summa Cum Laude. |

Bob Decker - Principal and Vice President
Bob brings international experience and microelectronics expertise, which allows the agency to address the electronic media companies from the component level through to end-user products. Before becoming a partner in Wall Street in 1998, he spent more than six years managing the product publicity for companies of the Daimler-Benz microelectronics consortium, TEMIC Telefunken microelectronic GmbH, including its subsidiaries Siliconix, Telefunken Semiconductors, and Matra MHS. His most recent position was public relations manager for the Discrete Components Division of TEMIC, with worldwide responsibility for product publicity and media relations. Bob conducted numerous press events in North America, Europe, and Asia, and Japan, and is highly experienced in developing and adapting print and electronic collateral for each of these markets.

In freelance PR roles, Bob also served such clients as SmartPatents, Inc., developer of a computerized patent management system for intellectual property professionals, and the Dynatech Video Group. Before becoming involved with high-tech PR, he was a writer and editor for the educational publishing industry and lectured in political science at the University of California, Irvine, and Columbia University in New York.
Bob holds a B.A. with honors (political science) from the University of Chicago and the M.A. (political science), M.Phil. (comparative politics), and Certificate of the Harriman Institute from Columbia University. In addition to English, he speaks French, German, and Russian. |

David Netz - Vice President, Marketing Services
Dave joined Wall Street from Encoda Systems (formerly Columbine JDS), the industry's leading provider of traffic and billing software and one of the leaders in industry financial software, as well as playout automation software. While at Encoda, he served as vice president of marketing and planning, with responsibilities that included everything relating to corporate identity, marketing communications, database marketing, market research, and e-commerce development. His strong business background and experience with back-end operations added another dimension to the Wall Street team when he joined in 2004.

Dave's full career spans more than 20 years in strategic marketing and business planning for a wide range of companies and clients, from Caterpillar, a Fortune 50 company, to start-up ventures in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His international experience in Europe includes telco market planning for the German Ministry of Economics and Nixdorf Computers, as well as establishing a venture capital department for the Matuschka Gruppe, the largest independent investment bank in Germany at the time. His Asian experience includes graduate faculty positions in Tokyo, partner programs with Nomura Securities, and establishing Asia-wide sales distribution and marketing networks for technology companies.
Dave received his B.A. (international affairs) from the University of Colorado, his MBA from Thunderbird - the top-rated international management program - and his Masters of Technology Management degree from the University of Denver. He speaks English, Russian, and German. |

Fiorenza Mella - Regional Director, Europe
Fiorenza joined Wall Street Communications in 2006, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience that includes broadcast equipment sales, as well as management of television and production facilities. In addition, she offers multiple language capability as well as expertise in the cultural nuances of working in Europe.

A 20-year industry veteran before joining Wall Street, Fiorenza began her career in the industry selling a broad range of equipment across Europe for the Dynatech Video Group, including Alpha Image vision mixers and routing switchers, Quanta character generators, Colorgraphics 2D and 3D graphics and special effects, da Vinci color correctors, DigiStor servers, Utah Scientific routers and automation, and Weather Central weather graphics systems. She began with Dynatech as sales manager for Southern Europe and was promoted to European sales director, responsible for managing the sales team and the European dealer network.
Following Dynatech, Fiorenza spent four years as facility manager for Digital Video Post Production (DVP) in Hilversum, Netherlands, a post house that provided online and off-line video editing, video and text translation, subtitling, computer animation, DTP services, and IT solutions to broadcasters, producers, and advertising companies. In that role she was responsible for personnel management, business development, planning, and technical investments. She spent three years as general manager of TV Studio Holland, a producer of regional news programming for Regio TV Noordwest, and then four years as general manager and new business manager for Toonder's Studio, a Dutch animation production company.
Fiorenza holds a B.A./M.A. (languages and communications) as well as an M.A. (sociolinguistics) from I.U.L.M. in Milan, Italy. A native Italian, Fiorenza has resided in The Netherlands since 1990, and she is fluent in Italian, Dutch, French, English, and Spanish. |

Carolyn Archambault - Director, Entertainment Technology
Carolyn is well versed in the content creation side of the industry, having worked in various communications roles for graphics and animation software companies, including Matrox Electronics, SOFTIMAGE, Microsoft, and CINAR, all in Montreal. She also worked in the broadcast hardware sector, and before joining Wall Street Communications in 1999, was director of marketing and communications at Miranda Technologies, where she was a driving force behind the company's image building and rise to prominence in the broadcast industry. |

Carolyn's career in electronic media began at Matrox where she worked as both a technical writer and then communications manager. She left Matrox to join SOFTIMAGE as international public relations manager, where she was responsible for high-profile promotions that included the company's involvement in Jurassic Park and other early 3D animated films, as well as the management of public relations activities in Canada surrounding the company's acquisition by Microsoft. After the acquisition, she worked as business development manager for Microsoft Softimage. Carolyn also served as communications director for CINAR Corporation, the children's television program and film producer and has worked in various ad and public relations roles in the United Kingdom.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Public Relations (BPR) from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as well as a Certificate in Environmental Studies from Guelph University. She is fluent in French and English.

Rae Morrow - Director
Rae brings extensive experience in microelectronics marketing to Wall Street in addition to a love of graphic design. Before joining the company in 2002, she had more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications for the semiconductor industry with some industry leading Silicon Valley companies. She brings a familiarity with key industry players, an understanding of communicating complex concepts and functions to a variety of audiences, and an in-depth knowledge of business-to-business media relations within a global marketplace. |

Prior to Wall Street, Rae served as senior marketing communications manager for the Discretes Division of Fairchild Semiconductor, where her responsibilities included development and cross-media implementation of product publicity materials and strategic messaging for press and analyst events. Rae also has served as senior marketing communications manager at Cahners MicroDesign Resources and earlier was senior marketing communications manager within the Vishay Siliconix marketing department.
Rae was also co-owner for 13 years of W.M. Art Service, a graphic arts company that served leading technology companies in the Silicon Valley. |
